SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seller is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 3 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped after it is manufactured. Manufacturing takes up to 8 weeks, however during campaigns it can take up to 12-14 weeks.

Average delivery period for all orders takes up to 3 weeks. Although, it can take up to 16 weeks due to the global COVID-19 situation.

Solely Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

If a Buyer miss the delivery or a shipment of items was not possible to deliver because of a customer fault, and a shipment was sent back to the Seller, the contract is to considered withdrawn, and the Seller will refund to a Buyer full purchase price (excluding delivery charge, and any direct costs, associated with shipping back, customs clearance costs) to the customer’s original payment method within 14 days after receiving a shipment back.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@angelix.eu with your name, surname, email address and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

The Buyer has the right to return the purchased items within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the items and recover the price paid for them (excluding the delivery costs paid by the Buyer).

The Buyer has the right to return the product if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not changed notably, nor has it been used – all returned items must have authentic labels, protective bags and original packaging.

The Seller must return to the Buyer the price paid by the latter immediately, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of returning the item to the Seller.

The Seller has a right to withdraw the return request when the Buyer has ordered the items according to the Buyer’s special instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured taking into account the Buyer’s personal choice or instruction and due to Buyers health or hygiene reasons

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@angelix.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
